Refund Policy
1.1 General Policy
- Payments made through the App are typically non-refundable.
- The App only facilitates payments between users and associations.
1.2 Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered in cases such as:
- Duplicate payments
- Incorrect payment amount due to system error
- Technical failure during transaction
1.3 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Voluntary payments made by users
- Membership fees already processed by the association
- Delays caused by banking systems
1.4 Refund Process
- Users must contact the association administrator directly.
- The association will verify and approve refunds.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
1.5 Payment Gateway Charges
Transaction fees charged by payment gateways may be deducted from refunds.
